Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team.

As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, menu planning, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality food to our customers.

You will also be responsible for supervising kitchen staff and maintaining food safety standards.

Duties:

Manage all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
Create and update menus based on seasonal availability and customer preferences
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the availability of fresh ingredients
Supervise kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
Monitor food production to ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
Implement proper food handling and storage procedures to maintain food safety standards
Collaborate with the banquet department to plan and execute special events or functions
Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Stay updated on industry trends and new cooking techniques

Experience:

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of kitchen management principles and techniques
Proficient in menu planning and recipe development
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
Experience supervising a team of kitchen staff
