We are looking for you - As an IT specialist (m/f/d), starting immediately, full-time - flexible working hours for a well-known medium-sized company in Schkeuditz.


Your tasks:


  • Support of production areas in IT tasks and error analysis
  • Maintenance of productionrelated application software and analysis and resolution of any issues that may arise
  • Conducting error searches, troubleshooting, and documenting results
  • Assistance in office and production areas

Your qualifications:


  • Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Basic knowledge of network technology LAN, WLAN, WAN including building cabling; PC technology, with a focus on Windows 10 clients; Citrix; hardware in the client, printer, and network technology areas; understanding of large client/server networks
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Independent and solutionoriented work style
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • High level of customer service orientation
