    Description
    Seeking a meticulous and reliable individual to join our prestigious establishment in Helena, MT as a Housekeeping Associate. Your primary objective will be to provide top-notch service to all our guests throughout their stay. Duties will entail making beds, vacuuming, mopping, restocking supplies, washing and ironing linens, and other sundry housekeeping tasks. If you take pride in maintaining cleanliness and excel in a team-based setting, we are excited to review your applicationResponsibilities

    • Documents rooms cleaned, and report lost and found items and any damage or repairs needed
    • Ensure guest rooms are clean and tidy according to our hotel standards before guests arrive
    • Vacuum, mop, make beds, dust and polish furniture, stock rooms with toiletries, and do laundry as needed
    • Keep common spaces such as the lobby, hallways, and restrooms clean and stocked with supplies
    • Answer general questions from guest
    • Ensures guest satisfaction
    • Arrives to work on time
    • Team playerQualifications
    • Over one year of previous housekeeping experience strongly desired
    • Eye for detail
    • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
    • Can work with minimal direction
    • Arrives to work in a timely manner
    • Must be able to make beds
    • Requires bending, kneeling, pushing/pulling
    • Hard worker with strong management, organizational, and communication skills
    • Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
    • Must be a high school graduate, or its equivalent
