• Documents rooms cleaned, and report lost and found items and any damage or repairs needed
• Ensure guest rooms are clean and tidy according to our hotel standards before guests arrive
• Vacuum, mop, make beds, dust and polish furniture, stock rooms with toiletries, and do laundry as needed
• Keep common spaces such as the lobby, hallways, and restrooms clean and stocked with supplies
• Answer general questions from guest
• Ensures guest satisfaction
• Arrives to work on time
• Team playerQualifications
• Over one year of previous housekeeping experience strongly desired
• Eye for detail
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• Can work with minimal direction
• Arrives to work in a timely manner
• Must be able to make beds
• Requires bending, kneeling, pushing/pulling
• Hard worker with strong management, organizational, and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
• Must be a high school graduate, or its equivalent
