The Labor MAUCH-GLÄSER GmbH is a family-owned, RAP Stra-recognized testing facility located in Flagtown, NJ and has been in operation for over 60 years.

We specialize in providing services to the administration and construction industry in the areas of asphalt, bitumen, bitumen emulsions, earthworks, and aggregates.


Responsibilities:

  • Independently organize and conduct material testing, primarily in the fields of asphalt, bitumen, bitumen emulsions, and soil
  • Document and evaluate test results
  • Conduct laboratory tests for quality control of raw materials and construction materials
  • Collect samples on construction sites, such as core samples, mixed materials, and soil samples
  • Conduct field tests, such as plate load tests, dynamic cone penetration tests, density measurements, electromagnetic thickness measurements, planography, and skid resistance measurements

Qualifications:

  • Completed training as a construction material tester / laboratory technician / construction technician (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in a construction materials laboratory
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and testing procedures
  • Independent and conscientious work ethic
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in German
  • Responsible, teamoriented, and motivated
  • Valid driver's license is desirable
  • Must have a permanent residence in Germany with a valid work permit
