The city administration of Bingen am Rhein is the sponsor of seven daycare centers and two after-school care facilities with a total of over 150 employees with various pedagogical approaches and concepts.

For our forest and nature daycare center "Tipistrolche" we are looking for a


Director (m/f/d):

part-time with 35 hours per week.


Your responsibilities:


  • Management and leadership of all pedagogical areas and administration of the daycare center
  • Preparation of parent evenings, celebrations, concept days, etc.
  • Accompanying the development of our 3 to 6yearold children
  • Caring, providing, promoting and observing
  • Documenting and collaborating
  • Preparing and conducting activities and pedagogical offers
  • Implementation of our special forest pedagogical concept
  • Parent work

You bring with you:


  • Completed training as a staterecognized educator (m/f/d) and/or a degree in social pedagogy (m/f/d)
  • Training, experience and special inclination in the areas of adventure, forest or wilderness pedagogy
  • Completed training for daycare center management or willingness to complete such training
  • Ability for selforganization, teamwork and a cooperative work style
  • Willingness to participate in further training
  • Love for nature and weather resistance
  • Spontaneity (every day is different for us)
  • Situational work
