Support us as a working student in administrative processing (m/f/d) for one of our insurance products at Germany's largest comparison portal.


Located in the heart of the Hanseatic city, just a few minutes' walk from Hamburg Central Station, we work in small teams to drive progress on our comparison portal.

Your tasks

  • Independent processing of incoming documents, e.g. review of application documents & documentation, document management in the system, correspondence with insurance companies
  • Administrative tasks in customer service
  • Optimization of processes in collaboration with product management, e.g. for document processing
  • Support the team in daily operations
  • Data entry and verification on the computer
