WHAT WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT FOR:

  • You will handle our orders from A-Z (order confirmations, purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices)
  • You are the contact person for technical and commercial inquiries for customers, suppliers, and colleagues, also in an international context
  • You communicate and support our business partners through all media
  • You are the link between sales, engineering, production, customers, and suppliers
  • Contract controlling and contract monitoring are part of your tasks
  • You are part of process optimization
  • And as a contrast program: maintenance of master data and general office work

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • You are looking for a challenge and complex processes are your thing
  • You have a completed technical or commercial education and ideally have some experience in a manufacturing company
  • You have a great understanding of technically demanding products (mechanical engineering)
  • You need customer contact and complement your profile with independent and reliable work
  • You enjoy working in a small team and are an important part of the big picture
  • You have excellent knowledge of MS Office programs and digital affinity
  • You speak German very well and have good written and spoken English skills
