- Proficient use of spreadsheet and word processing functions.
- Management of individuals' financial information, including reconciliation of client statements.
- Communicate financial information to various personnel and monitor account activity.
- Monitor financial data against applicable regulations and resource limits.
- Complete compliance documentation for Social Security and County Based Services.
- Works closely from time-to-time with Program Staff.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Valid state driver's license required.
- Associate degree or equivalent certificate program in Accounting or related field.
- Experience in an office setting.
- Must possess basic accounting knowledge and demonstrate proficiency with computer-based accounting methods.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel and maintain professional communications with outside agencies.
- $40,000 - $45,000 annual salary

The Consumer Accounts Specialist is a full-time position under the direct supervision of the Assistant Chief Financial Officer.
