- Responsibility for assisting with the prime contract engagements with the Government.
- Responsibility for assisting the Program Manager with individual program management, staffing, quality assurance, technical training, client interface activities, and project financial management.
- Responsibility to monitor program level work assignments and management structure to direct effective support activities.
- Assists with the development and implementation of program level quality control processes. Requirements
- A University Bachelor's Degree, preferred Masters of Business Administration (M.B.A.).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Substantial years of professional experience in program/project management. Preferred five or more years of experience in Navy program management.
- Seven years supervisory experience and experience communicating with SES/Flag level personnel.
- Preferred experience with DoD/DoN procedures and Policies (DoD 5000 process); Foreign Military Sales; US Navy Programs (PEO IWS Programs)
