Your tasks:

Technical consulting of our customers in design, material selection and process development for the processes of electron beam welding and WEBAM (Wire Electron Beam Additive Manufacturing) Creation of test plans including definition of sample material, sample parts and prototypes on the way from the first welding test to series production Planning, execution and evaluation of welding tests including CNC programming for automated welding systems and testing of the planned production process Report writing for the customer Documentation of welding technologies for production, e.g.


creation of welding instructions Your profile:
Completed technical studies in mechanical engineering, production engineering, materials engineering or comparable with first professional experience Further training as a welding engineer (m/f/d) advantageous Knowledge in the field of welding technology, especially beam welding, is desirable Experience in test planning, execution and evaluation Very good user knowledge in MS Office Very good English skills in spoken and written are required Interest in the development of technically innovative manufacturing processes, teamwork and commitment What we offer you: Flexible working hours 30
