My Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for defined procurement packages
  • You will continuously maintain the purchasingrelated data of the procurement packages you oversee and provide them to the upstream and downstream departments in the ERP system
  • You will obtain quotes and process purchase orders based on predetermined demand structures
  • You will participate in the preparation of negotiations, major contracts, and framework agreements
  • You will represent the purchasing department as the central point of contact for defined projects in the respective project team and coordinate projectrelated purchasing activities
  • You will support the improvement of internal and external processes along the supply chain
  • You will actively contribute to the development of the purchasing department as a central service provider and closely coordinate with internal stakeholders
  • You will assist with handling complaints
  • You will ensure timely operational procurement for the product categories you oversee
  • You will identify potential cost savings and support their implementation

My Qualifications

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship
  • You have solid knowledge of SAP and MS Office
  • You also have strong English skills
  • You have a strong technical affinity
  • You have knowledge of procurement and the tasks involved in operational and project procurement, as well as knowledge of contract law
