We are an innovative and open-minded team seeking to support our students in their generalist training to become nursing professionals.

Our goal is to inspire young people to pursue a fulfilling career in nursing. Currently, we are training over 45 apprentices in the field of nursing in Solingen.


Qualified and motivated - Your profile as a released practice instructor:

  • Completed vocational training in elderly care or health and nursing care
  • Further education as a practice instructor
  • Professional experience in the healthcare sector
  • Enjoyment in working with apprentices
  • Empathy and sense of responsibility
  • Ability to motivate others

Varied and diverse - Your responsibilities as a released practice instructor:

  • Providing professional guidance to our apprentices
  • Implementing the training concept
  • Complying with and implementing legal requirements for generalist training
  • Ensuring highquality training for our future nursing staff
  • Supporting and mentoring apprentices, gradually preparing them for independent performance of professional tasks
  • Assisting apprentices in acquiring practical skills
  • Identifying learning situations with the apprentice, setting learning goals and tasks
  • Conducting initial, intermediate, and final discussions with the apprentice, as well as evaluating and assessing learning outcomes
  • Collaborating with the training coordinator and all parties involved in the training at the school and practice sites
  • 100% release from regular duties with the willingness to take on professional tasks
