Your Responsibilities
As a caregiver (m/w/d) you will care for and activate residents with dementia in their daily activities, taking into account their individual habits and wishes. These activities may include:

  • Promoting physical activity, walks and outings
  • Individual and group activities
  • Memory care
  • Household tasks, such as cooking and baking
  • Handicrafts and light gardening
  • Listening to music, playing music, singing
  • Reading and storytelling
  • Painting and crafting

Your Profile as a Caregiver (m/w/d)

  • Qualifications according to the caregiver guidelines § 43b SGB XI
  • Positive attitude towards residents and their families
