Power plant operator as deputy shift manager (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deputy management of a small shift team of up to 6 employees
  • Process control and monitoring of the power plant facilities (CHP) to ensure the energy and media supply of production and
  • buildings at the site
  • Work in 12-hour shift operation in day and night shifts (24/7/365, TTN)
  • Logbook keeping and documentation of work carried out as well as compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
  • Activation of power plant facilities
  • Support in inspection activities
  • Participation in required trainings and courses
  • Participation in on-call duty

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Completed vocational training as a power plant operator with relevant professional experience in power plant operation
  • You already have knowledge in personnel management
  • User knowledge in operating process control systems (e.g. Yokogawa, Siemens TIA Portal)
  • Good user knowledge of common MS Office programs, especially Microsoft Outlook
  • Strong commitment, initiative and sense of responsibility
  • Enjoy working in a team and good communication skills
