- Own and manage relationships with clients. You will be the front face of the engagement with clients delivering high quality client service, developing a deep understanding of their pain points, and helping them get the most value of Surgo's products/data, including our existing clinical trials product and data assets.
- Lead end-to-end client delivery. You will design scopes of work, manage client onboarding, and lead cross functional teams to execute. You will ensure that we impress at every interaction, build trust in our products/data, develop proof points for our approaches, and keep and grow our first few clients.
- Provide technical and managerial support to clients. This includes bringing technical knowledge on how to think about data strategically and build client use cases for our data and products. You will creatively brainstorm and solve problems with clients as a thought partner.
- Grow Surgo's business. You will do this by identifying clients and opportunities, supporting pitches and proposals, and translating client needs to our product roadmap.
- Develop compelling client pitches and presentations. Summarize how our data and product solves particular client challenges for a variety of audiences.
- Bachelor's degree required
- At least 5+ years of experience working in consulting within life sciences (Associate Director), 8+ years for Director.
- Some experience working in clinical trials.
- Strong client-focused project manager with excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
- Experience translating quantitative data, analytics, and products to client needs
- US healthcare and pharmaceutical industry expert with a deep understanding the players in the space and healthcare tech
- Strategic thinker who can translates data to solve client problems

We are looking for an experienced client and project manager who will drive the end-to-end management, execution, and growth of a portfolio of client engagements within pharmaceutical partners, including in the clinical trials space. You will be the primary point person for our clients and responsible for understanding the key business problems they are trying to solve.
