- Leverage strong customer service support ethic and focus to deliver the highest, most consistent level of customer service to our customers.
- Monitor the status of open orders, documenting progress in the tracking system.
- Identify and report any issues that may cause order delay to the requestor.
- Track and maintain inventory data, including serial numbers and assignment information.
- Ensure the proper tracking of IT asset inventory by conducting audits and virtual inventories.
- Track and maintain software asset records for commonly used software applications for software harvesting.
- High School diploma / GED with 3-5 years of IT procurement and asset management experience in a technology organization
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills required.
- Must be able to manage multiple requests and work with changing priorities in a high volume, customer-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in word processing (Word) and spreadsheets (Excel) required.
- Strong understanding of desktop hardware to make recommendations to requestors
- Experience with SciQuest and Costpoint procurement systems
- US citizenship is required and able to obtain security clearance as needed

Leidos is looking for an IT Asset Administrator to perform duties within IT procurement and asset management department. Selected candidate will support the asset management life cycle for tracking and accounting for all IT hardware and software assets from procurement to disposal. In this role, you will Interface with multiple levels of users (both management and technical staff) and make recommendations on software and hardware purchases to end users.
