    About the Role:

    We are seeking an Inside Sales Associate to uphold and enhance our customer relationships, elevate service quality, boost sales, and manage accounts effectively.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver precise and prompt project quotations
    • Efficiently manage project orders
    • Serve various customer segments including contractors, government entities, commercial enterprises, and industrial clients
    • Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors and customers
    • Process orders for diverse projects and clients
    • Establish long-term relationships with key customers
    • Ensure timely product deliveries
    • Support sales activities at the counter
    • Exhibit courtesy and professionalism in customer interactions
    • Effectively juggle multiple tasks and prioritize daily responsibilities
    • Perform any other assigned duties

    Requirements:

    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • 1-2 years of experience in counter sales, preferably in the electrical distribution sector
    • Strong background in customer service
    • Proficient in mathematics, verbal and written communication
    • Reliable, responsible, and possesses a strong work ethic
