    Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Bare Brews. As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base within the craft beer industry. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with breweries, beverage companies, and other potential clients, showcasing the value of our innovative services and solutions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and target potential clients within the craft beer industry, including breweries, tap rooms, beverage companies, and contract manufacturers
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders of clients
    • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and capabilities of Bare Brews' services
    • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
    • Must be able to stay organized, track interactions, and input data into CRM or other softwares
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and drive continuous improvement

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
    • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the beverage or food industry
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for driving results and exceeding targets
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs
    • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events (when applicable)
    • Has U.S. citizenship & a valid drivers license
