    Description
    Great Lakes Toyota/Subaru is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a BDC Sales Representative

    As a BDC Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in engaging with our customers and providing exceptional support to ensure their satisfaction.

    Utilize phone, email, and other communication channels to follow up with customers and schedule Sales appointments.
    Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales appointments, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
    Stay informed about product updates, sales promotions, and company policies to effectively communicate with customers.
    Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the automotive or service industry.
    Proficiency in computer systems and software applications, including CRM platforms and Microsoft Office suite.
