For our client in Mönchengladbach, we are currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d) for direct placement.

Your responsibilities:

  • Creating offer calculations and managing the corresponding order processing
  • Supporting the outside sales team in order processing and organizing internal departments
  • Setting up and presenting the company and its products at trade shows
  • Acquiring new customers and maintaining relationships with existing ones
  • Developing and optimizing administrative processes
  • Serving as a point of contact for inquiries regarding products, offers, orders, and invoices

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
  • Some professional experience and interest in new challenges
  • Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Ability to work independently, responsibly, and results-oriented
  • High level of commitment, flexibility, stress resistance, and team spirit
  • Reliability and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of English required
