Responsibilities:

As a sales representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers of our general agency regarding R+V insurance coverage in the private customer business.
You will provide tailored advice based on each individual's life situation, optimize existing insurance coverage, and utilize innovative consulting tools.
With solid insurance solutions, you will secure existing customers and acquire new ones.
You will provide personal onsite or agency consultations and also utilize digital consulting when needed.

Profile / Requirements:

Enjoyment of sales
Confident demeanor and communication skills
Sales talent with customer orientation
Previous experience in sales is desirable, but not required
Career changers are welcome
