Responsibilities:

Support in the development, establishment, and implementation of uniform standards in production and logistics according to the existing production system
Assist in conducting workplace audits
Collaborate in creating work instructions
Support in cost analysis
Assist in cost reduction efforts
Create and modify layouts
Participate in workshops for process optimization
Plan work processes and production lines

Qualifications:

Several years of experience in the automotive industry or in production planning
Additional training in REFA is advantageous
Proficient in MS Office
Good knowledge of English is a plus
Independent work style
Technical work experience
Strong communication skills, team player, and ability to handle pressure
