Duties

If selected for this position, you will join a well-respected team that is responsible for office automation and clerical support duties in the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of l work assignments will include:

Receiving telephone calls and visitors to the office.

Controlling access to the office and ensuring only properly cleared visitors are authorized entry.

Providing general information regarding off ice programs.

Processing all incoming and outgoing mail.

Using various software to produce a variety of documents;

Prepares time and attendance (T&A) for assigned personnel.

Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress.
