    salary:
    $15 - $17 per hour

    First

    work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM


    education:
    No Degree Required

    Responsibilities


    • 1st to answer calls, fields call and routes to appropriate person (we're a small office)
    • Greeting walk in customers and referring to appropriate parties
    • Generate counter sale invoices and payment processing (credit cards) - maybe 10 visits per week on average
    • Filing, creating folders, labeling
    • Processing daily check/cash deposits under supervision
    • Applying payment to customer accounts (Sage accounting software)
    • Generating work orders for new service requests
    • General email account oversight
    • Admin assistance for me/Brittany
    • Adding/removing employees from field user software
    • Expense reconciliation through Excel
    • etc
    • Accounts Receivable:
    generating invoices and collecting payments (as needed - I have this position filled currently, but as a Sub)


    • Follow up on job completion, customer satisfaction and online review requests.

    The essential functions of this role include:
