    Director of Home Health Opportunity Description

    Our client is a well-established and growing Home Health and Hospice provider. They have a current need for a Director of Home Health based in the Rochester, NY area. Strong clinical and operational leadership in Medicare certified Home Health as a RN is a must. Multi-site or oversight of a large census required. We are looking for a hands-on, team orientated leader who can improve processes. Relocation candidates welcome to apply

    Director of Home Health Job Requirements
    • Home Health operational, financial, and clinical leadership.

    • Strong knowledge of Medicare rules, regulations, OASIS, and PDGM.

    • Registered Nurse required.

    • Bachelor's Degree required.


    Director of Home Health Job Responsibilities
    • Leadership of Home Health operations across multiple sites.

    • Ensure compliance with state / federal rules and quality clinical outcomes.

    • Monitor metrics and KPI's to identify areas of improvement.

    • Mentor staff and continue to build team.


    The compensation scale listed is a general salary range and is not intended to represent the actual annual or hourly compensation rate for this role. An offer will be made to the selected candidate at the conclusion of the interview process based on their relevant experience and the responsibilities of the position. Our client does offer a competitive compensation package potentially including incentives, health and dental insurance, PTO, retirement plans (401K) and opportunities for professional development.
