We are currently seeking a full-time or part-time Health and Nursing Care Manager as Team Leader for Endoscopy (m/f/d) in Minor Hill, TN.

What to expect:

Responsibility for implementing and ensuring defined nursing quality; implementation, monitoring, and further development of quality standards; cooperative collaboration within the endoscopy team
Preparation, assistance, and followup of specific diagnostic and interventional endoscopic procedures, as well as taking responsibility for holistic, processoriented patient care
Operation, maintenance, and functional checks of equipment in accordance with medical device law
Ensuring nursing care for patients, operational processes, and interdisciplinary communication
Through effective personnel management and planning, you will motivate your team and provide targeted guidance for trainees and new employees
One "office day" per week

What you bring:

Completed vocational training as a health and nursing care professional (m/f/d), geriatric nurse (m/f/d), or medical assistant (m/f/d) with completed further training in endoscopy or the willingness to complete it
Qualification for leading a ward/organizational unit in a hospital or the willingness to acquire it
Willingness to take on responsibility and assertiveness
Ability to cooperatively collaborate with all other wards/departments and professional groups in our hospital
