To strengthen our team, we are looking for an:

Office Employee (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:


  • Competent contact person for our customers in Germany and abroad via telephone and email
  • Management of social media channels
  • Invoicing
  • Processing of complaints, including returns handling
  • Close cooperation with various departments, especially accounting and shipping
  • Taking on projects and developing new processes to further advance the company
  • Knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage

What we expect:


  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Efficient and structured way of working
  • Completed training as an office or industrial clerk (m/f/d) or other comparable qualification
  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken
