- Assign parts and labor costs correctly for customers involving warranty processes.

- Develops staff by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and instructing employees; developing, coordinating, and administering policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
- Manages workflow and prioritize repair orders to maximize efficiency and minimize turnaround time.
- Uses knowledge to troubleshoot complex issues and provide technical support to technicians.
- Ensures clear communication regarding repair timelines, costs, and expectations to maintain customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Oversees the maintenance and utilization of shop equipment and tools, arranging for repairs or replacements as needed.
- Our ideal candidate would have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a heavy truck/fleet dealership or shop environment.
- Technical proficiency in diagnosing and repairing truck systems.
- Strong technical knowledge
- Communicates effectively both written and verbally.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Computer and software skills including Microsoft Office Suite and shop management software.

Service Supervisor Opportunity Summary:
As a Service Supervisor Foreman at Power Products Systems, a W.W. Williams Company, you will be responsible for organizing workflow to meet and exceed customer expectations and arranging work to accomplish departmental objectives by completing repair orders in a timely and accurate manner. Plans, staffs, and evaluates departmental priorities to ensure that technicians work together cohesively and are accountable for assigned tasks. Maintain a schedule to aid in the timely completion of work installations and service work. The Service Supervisor ensures all work scheduled is performed safely and to the customer's satisfaction.
