_Badger State Maintenance, a small business from Milton, WI and a leader in commercial and residential landscape maintenance and construction is looking for a full-time, Grounds Maintenance Foreman to lead our crew and manage the overall grounds maintenance of a number of our commercial and residential properties.
_Role and Responsibilities
- Directs crew & activities on the job site.
- Manages personnel effectively and efficiently.
- Maintains a clean and safe job site.
- Training crew members as needed
- Communicates well with all crew members, supervisor and clients.
- Knowledge of softscapes including mixing fertilizers, seeding, mowing, grounds maintenance, mulching, pruning, spring cleanups, fall cleanups, etc.
- Proficient equipment operator of trucks, trailers, skid loaders, snow removal equipment, mowers, trimmers, blowers, chain saws, bed edgers, small engines, etc.
- Good time management skills; Willingness to work long hours as needed.
- Punctual and dependable.
- Must be a Team Player.
- Manages a Snow Route for snow removal during the winter months

0 Pesticide Applicators License required - Badger State Maintenance will provide assistance with obtaining this license if necessary:

Basic knowledge of plant ID and plant care
