    Job Description

    Job DescriptionBrioHealth Solutions Inc., Inc. is seeking an experienced Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team. We are seeking a hands-on individual to help build and scale our material control and shipping/receiving functions.
    Responsibilities
    • Receive inbound product from parcel and freight carriers
    • Review packing lists for accuracy and receive into our ERP system as required
    • Deliver packages to the appropriate locations within our facility once received
    • Work closely with procurement to resolve discrepant or damaged deliveries
    • Ensure a clean and organized stockroom and receiving area
    • Support the movement of materials from controlled inventory as needed
    • Colloborate with Customer Service to accurately process outbound customer shipments
    • Establish finished goods and raw material control by creating and following inventory management procedures
    • Develop and lead the cycle count and physical inventory processes
    • Drive continuous improvement within the stockroom to ensure organization and best use of space
    Requirements
    • 5+ years previous experience in a shipping/receiving or inventory management function, preferably in a regulated medical device environment
    • Strong communication, continuous improvement, and organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
    • Previous ERP and CRM experience, preferably SAP/Concur and Salesforce is helpful, but not required
