YOUR TRAINING ELEMENTS

Your kitchen is never cold You love to swing the cooking spoon yourself. This does not mean reheating frozen pizzas, but preparing true delicacies. If you also have the right recipe for every stressful situation and you enjoy making your guests happy, then you are in the right place. In addition, you will learn everything you need to know in a modern gastronomy: from ordering ingredients, controlling and storing goods to personnel planning. WHAT YOU WILL LEARN IN YOUR TRAINING
  • Preparing cold and hot dishes (from regional and international cuisine) at different kitchen stations
  • Learning process flows at different kitchen stations
  • Introducing a professional approach to guests
  • Creating and developing menus, buffets or catering
  • Properly purchasing, checking and storing food
  • Learning the proper use of kitchen knives and machines
  • Getting to know and following hygiene regulations and our hygiene standards
  • Getting to know and following occupational safety and environmental protection

WHAT YOU BRING

  • At least a good vocational maturity / a good secondary school leaving certificate
