    Standard Builders, Inc. seeks exceptional Project Engineer candidates to join our construction management team. The position is located in Wethersfield, Connecticut and is responsible for project administration, submittals, requests for information, scheduling, change orders, cost control and close outs for complex construction projects in healthcare, commercial and institutional settings.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    · Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field

    · 1-2 years of experience in the construction industry

    · Other:

    • Excellent planning and organizational skills
    • Ability to multi-task and work under tight time constraints
    • Thorough understanding of industry practices, processes, means and methods, standards and their impact on project implementation
    • Familiarity with construction contracts, project and scheduling software and scanning technologies
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
