- Develop and implement project-specific safety plans in compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
- Conduct site inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to integrate safety considerations into project planning and execution.
- Provide safety training and support to project teams, emphasizing best practices for working with MEP systems.

- Maintain accurate records of safety activities, including inspections, training sessions, and incident reports.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes, adapting safety protocols accordingly.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction safety management, with a focus on MEP systems preferred.
- OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety Certification required; OSHA 500 certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MEP construction processes, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of implementing effective safety programs and driving continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and safety management software.
