    Fire Sprinkler Service Sales RepresentativeOur continued growth has produced a need for a talented Fire Sprinkler Service Sales Representative to join our team.

    In this challenging and rewarding role the responsibilities will include professionally representing the Company with respect to the promotion and sale of Fire Sprinkler service offerings to various customers and end users within the Middle Tennessee region:
    Goodlettsville, Nashville, White House, Gallatin, and Mount Juliet areas


    NO AGENCIES PLEASEJob Responsibilities:


    Establish contact with prospective and qualified potential buyers of system modifications and upgrades by scheduling sales calls, following up on leads, and outlined marketing strategies.

    Determine customer needs by conducting site surveys and communicate effectively to educate the customer about State Systems capabilities.
    Develop and maintain an active proposal backlog to support the established sales plan.

    Develop and maintain new and existing customer relationships to ensure our team meets or exceeds the expectations of a long-term partner.

    Support other internal teams in their initiatives as they relate to your territory.
    Meet the key objectives of the annual commission plan qualifications.


    Qualifications:
    Three to five years' experience in the fire protection industry.
    Ability to establish and maintain viable local and distance relationships with end users and remodel contractors.
    Strong prospecting drive.
    Proven ability to close work.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Willing to pass a post-offer drug test, background, and reference check.
    Valid driver's license and good driving recordWillingness to learn & utilize personal computers to include operating systems such as Windows Office
    • Excel and Word programs.
