- Supports the needs of operations to include organizing, assisting, preparing for meetings, filing, data entry & management, reporting and communicating with other staff.

- Must have the ability to resolve unforeseen problems with little or no direction from manager.
- Excellent presentation skills as well as oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to multi-task, be detail-oriented, be organized and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Empathy and sensitivity to the needs of diverse patient populations.
- Experience in community-based services, shelters, immigrants; volunteer or mission experience with disaster relief, refugee, humanitarian relief, preferred.

- Bilingual in Spanish a Plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Patient care will be provided in-person and virtually at one of NYC Health + Hospitals' Humanitarian Emergency Response and Relief Centers (HERRCs) making a difference in the lives of migrants.

Photon Medical, LLC is a woman owned medical practice licensed to practice medicine in the states of New Jersey and New York. Photon has been selected to provide clinical staffing and related services for NYC Health + Hospitals Humanitarian Emergency Response and Relief Centers in New York City.
VitalCheck Wellness is a fast-growing healthcare company with presence in the United States, Asia and Europe. VitalCheck Wellness administers the VitalCheck Doctors in Your Office program (the "Program"). The Program is a collaboration between VitalCheck Wellness and hospitals, independent medical practices and individual physicians designed to bring high-quality preventive healthcare to patients on site at their place of work or via telemedicine or at other locations where the patients are located.
