- Perform in-coming, in-process, final, FAI, ship/pack inspections.
- Ensure the calibration of gauges, equipment, jigs and fixtures.
- Program, operate, & update the Faro Arm/Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM).
- Assist with & process Return Material Authorizations (RMAs).
- Review and process Engineering Change Orders (ECO's)
- Set up systems to gather data as to implement Statistical Process Control (SPC) & data analysis.
- Investigates customer complaints and returns, works with customer to resolve areas of concern.
- Read and interpret blueprints.
- Assist with IAF inspections when needed.
- Complies with all safety, DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures.
- Use all designated Personal Protective Equipment as required.
- In conjunction with Quality Supervisor/Manager, coordinate ISO 9001 and AS9100 requirements and follow up audit activity.
- Degree in Precision/Quality Inspection (or equivalent) or three years of related experience.
- Work well with others and help drive the team towards a common goal.
- Keep an open mind; be willing to learn & try new ways of performing tasks.
- Adapts to change quickly, easily, and productively.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced and changing work environment.
- Be an effective and efficient communicator, can interact constructively with all plant employees.
- Communicates effectively, both verbally and written, with internal and external customers.

- Shows proficiency in operating & navigating computers. Including Microsoft Word & Excel.

Quality Inspector II
Pay: $22.83 hourly paid weekly +1.50 hourly shift differential
Grade: 6
Shift: Monday - Thursday, 3:15pm-1:15am
Purpose: Perform routine testing on quality of in-coming, in-process and finished products according to customer specifications, and applicable regulatory standards.
