Make a Difference Here in Bismarck, ND:

  • You will
    independently lead your pedagogical unit as an integral part of our Medical department at our Munich location:
  • You ensure that the
    individual conditions of our pedagogical professionals and assistants improve and that our clients can fill their open positions with confidence
  • You
    acquire new
    clients and pedagogical professionals and assistants through your communicative and reliable personality in sales and further develop
    close, personal customer relationships with social, municipal, and church organizations and institutions
  • You use all the tools in the
    recruiting toolbox: from social media recruiting to our referral management and multichannel postings
  • You work
    hand in hand with your colleagues from other branches and departments

What You Bring:


  • Firsthand experience as a leader, for example as a branch manager, service center manager, or department manager in the staffing industry or in the field of human resources/personnel
  • Alternatively, several years of experience as a staffing specialist, personnel dispatcher, sales dispatcher, staffing agency employee, personnel consultant, recruiter, onsite manager, or HR manager
  • Experience in the field of pedagogical/medical staffing is desirable, but not required
  • Responsibility, goal orientation, and a strong drive for success
  • An empathetic and openminded approach and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Customer orientation, communication skills, and a passion for service
  • Quick comprehension
