We are currently seeking a
Team Assistant for Production (m/f/d) for our renowned client in
Munich to start as soon as possible.

What will be your responsibilities?

SAP time tracking, recording absences, overtime, travel time, etc.
Organizing, booking, and settling business trips with possible delegation and approval of already authorized reimbursements
Placing orders for the factory, office supplies, and other items
Coordinating temporary workers (application, extensions, time tracking)
Contacting temporary staffing agencies and maintaining data
Creating, updating, and maintaining personnelrelated lists (Excel)
Booking and settling business trips

What do we expect from you?

Completed commercial training
Availability for day shifts
Good knowledge of German
Experience with SAP
