    Description

    RF Engineer Position at Kelly Telecom

    JOB DUTIES:

    • Part of a support team for RF Design in Southern CA
    • Responsible for project-based tasks
    • Tasks include traditional macro sites, small cells, relos, temps, and modifications
    • Work closely with Real Estate team and RF engineers

    Must Have Skills/Requirements:

    • General familiarity with cell build process
    • Ability to read ZD/CDs
    • Attention to detail for regulatory and technical documentation
    • Understanding of basic RF concepts and antenna theory
    • Knowledge of RF propagation and project management tools

    DESIRED SKILLS:

    • Recent experience in another telecom market
    • Experience with Atoll and Fuze SPM/RFDS/CQ tools
    • Knowledge of Southern CA

    EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 4 years of experience
