    Position Overview:
    We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to join our Marketing team.

    The Digital Marketing Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and leads.

    The candidate will also maintain content on the company's websites, in alignment with brand and business objectives, utilizing analytics tools and information to drive decisions.

    The ideal candidate will have experience in the outdoor or adventure travel industry, be passionate about outdoor recreation, conservation and stewardship, and excited and motivated by our mission of Sharing Nature - Enriching Lives.

    The ideal candidate will bring technical marketing experience and with an understanding of the connection between the technical components of this position and how it relates to achieving our overall business mission, while supporting our company values.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
    Experience in a marketing or digital marketing role, preferably in the outdoor industry.
    Experience or familiarity with DEIJ marketing strategies.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    Basic HTMS, CSS, CRM skills.
    Self-motivated and driven worker who has the ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.

    Ability and desire to collaborate effectively with a wide range of team members, including colleagues and industry partners with varying professional backgrounds and specialties.

    Relentless problem-solving skills and the ability to assess and resolve complex challenges for varied business needs.
    Ability to work across multiple projects at once in a fast-paced and self-driven environment.
    Ability to focus and work under pressure during tight deadlines with professionalism.
    Ability to create professional-looking documents and presentations coupled with strong presentation and speaking skills.
    In-depth knowledge of brand & product marketing, multi-channel marketing, digital marketing and related technologies.
    Knowledge of SEO best practices, and ability to implement that knowledge to maximizing online visibility and lead generation.
    In-depth knowledge of and experience with Google web analytic tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner.

    Ability to analyze results and implement recommendations and strategies based on data, industry trends and understanding of business needs and goals.

    Willingness and ability to travel (1-2 times per quarter)

    Responsibilities:


    Manage and maintain numerous Google Business listings with accurate information, regular updates and interactions, with the intent to drive traffic and leads.

    Ownership of the reivew management process; oversee the company review acquisition, response, and utilization process with the goal to drive brand awareness, lead generation and support company goals.

    Maintain website content across multiple sites, utilizing CMS (Drupal) editing tools, SEO best practices, and industry knowledge and trends.
    Develop SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.

    Regular SEO reporting, website integrations, content recommendations based on google keyword research, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other supporting SEO tools.

    Execute SEO strategies and on-page optimizations, stay updated on SEO best practices and trends, specifically within the outdoor and travel industry.

    Administer website/CMS integrations into CRM system in partnership with marketing team, sales and customer service teams.
    Administer LiveChat CMS and CRM integration.

    Administer Google Suite of Tools:
    Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Keyword Planner, Google Ads.

    Analytic review and recommendations for digital marketing project direction based on research, analytics review, industry knowledge, digital best practices, collaboration with leadership and sales teams, and established company goals.

    Assist in maintenance of CRM database (ROAM), maintaining data accuracy, and integrations with other marketing tools, in support of marketing campaigns or projects.

    Collaborate with Director of Marketing and Web Developer to ensure the website's technical infrastructure is user friendly, SEO-friendly.

    Partner with the marketing team to develop and execute a content strategy aligned with SEO goals, covering product descriptions, blog posts, and other relevant content.

    Keep abreast of digital marketing industry updates and changes, as well as outdoor and travel industry updates and trends.
    Support domain registration, tracking and renewals.
    Support domain hosting, and domain records in partnership with the Director of Marketing and Web Developer.
    Monitor email deliveribility, and support Google workspace administration as needed.

    Monitor marketing team generic email, respond as needed or appropriate, communicate with marketing, sales and leaders to determine proper response or communication.

    Provide support as needed for other marketing initiatives, including social media management, email marketing, content creation, or as needs arise.


    Compensation:
    $45,000 (remote/hybrid) - $50,000 (CDA based) + DOE

    Employment Term:
    Full time, Remote Possible (Pacific Standard or Mountain Time Zone preferred)

    Schedule:
    Generally M-F, 8am-5pm PST with some nights and weekends required

    Work Environment & Physical Demands:


    This position is primarily in a clerical, office setting and this role routinely uses standard office equipment including, but not limited to computers and telephones, and may occasionally travel 1-2x a year on ROW/Adventure Unbound trips, retreats and/or training.

    Conditions of Employment:
    This position will be located at our Coeur d'Alene, Idaho headquarters.

    We are open to remote applicants, with the ability to travel to Coeur d'Alene quarterly, preference will be give to candidates who reside in the Pacific or Mountain time-zones.
