SCHEDULE
- Monday-Friday
- 40+ hours
- Overtime after 40 hours
RESPONSIBILITIES
Areas of specific responsibility will include the following:
Parts
- Enhance our parts tracking system and create a miniinventory system
- Physically organize our inventory room
- Pull part orders for technicians and restock as needed
- Receive, stock and update inventory tracker
- Place part orders and fill all part requests
- Monitor and correct invoices
- Manage all warranty part returns to vendors
- Manage inventory stock levels and perform weekly inventory tieout
- Track down parts which may involve using a company vehicle to pick up part(s)
- Other ad hoc part & inventory tasks
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment (Safety is not just our first name)
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
Important technical skills/functional abilities include:
- Valid Medical Card
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- College Degree preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and multitask
- Selfstarter/problem solver with excellent communication skills
- Strong computer skills to research and place orders as well as follow up with vendors and track inventory / parts in Fleetio and excel
- Good people skills and a positive attitude
- Must be able to lift or move 40 lbs. and complete repetitive lifting, bending, and stooping or kneeling.
