_How SMC Apprenticeship Works_

Safety Marking's Apprentice Program is based on the traditional apprenticeship model. Apprentices are hired without prior experience and given the opportunity to _
_earn and learn__.

Our program encompasses:
_
- _a total of 6000 hours of On-The

Job Training (OJT)_

- _a minimum of 100 hrs. of Related Instruction per year at on-site training facility_
- _a hybrid-curriculum of Operational Excellence, Application-Specific Equipment, and Workplace Professionalism training coursework_
- _a graduated pay-scale with 10% increases after each 1500 hrs. of OJT_
