- Managing the preparation of federal and state income and franchise tax returns
- Managing the preparation of sales/use, property, and miscellaneous tax returns
- Managing tax audits including scheduling, record retrieval, and research
- Establishing tax policies and procedures to insure compliance and minimize liability
- Analyzing tax law changes to determine impact on company
- B.S. Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Requires computer operation skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel expertise
- Requires previous experience in leading and managing financial analysis projects
- Requires knowledge of tax compliance and tax research software
- Requires strong strategic thinking and business problem solving skills
- Requires strong interpersonal and communications skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Requires strong analytical skills and the ability to assemble and quickly analyze data
- Requires excellent organization skills with accurate and precise attention to detail
- Requires self-motivation with the ability to adapt quickly
- The Mgr, Corporate Tax requires six plus (6+) years of experience in corporate taxation.
