    We are seeking a PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR to join our teamThe Production Supervisor will be responsible for managing and coordinating the daily operations of the company's department. This includes managing the distribution of goods, ensuring efficient customer service, and overseeing all shipping processes. The Production Supervisor will be a key leader in developing and implementing strategies and plans to improve department efficiency and customer service.Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities
    1. Oversee and coordinate all shipping, receiving, and distribution operations
    2. Work closely with carriers, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods
    3. Develop and implement strategies for improving efficiency, customer service, and cost savings
    4. Manage the logistics staff and coordinate scheduling and workloads
    5. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
    6. Monitor inventory levels, and adjust ordering and storage accordingly
    7. Track order fulfillment, and investigate and resolve discrepancies
    8. Inventory control
    9. Transportation experience
