    This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic and growing law firm.

    We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Permanent Associate Attorney to join our thriving Construction industry team.

    As a key member of our legal team, you will play a pivotal role in managing and resolving complex construction-related legal issues.

    This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on challenging cases, interact with top-tier professionals, and contribute to strategic legal decisions.

    The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, insurance defense, construction defect, professional liability, personal injury, and must be licensed to practice in New York.

    Handle all aspects of construction litigation including, but not limited to, discovery, depositions, motion practice, court appearances, trial preparation, and trial.

    Provide legal advice to construction clients on various issues such as contract interpretation, risk management, and dispute resolution.
    Stay abreast of developments in construction law and related legal fields.
    Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
    Minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation, insurance defense, construction defect, professional liability, and personal injury.
    Proven experience in handling all aspects of the litigation process.
    Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
    Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
