Job Summary

The receptionist is the first person the customer sees or talks to when they enter or call our dealership. It is the responsibility of this position to make a positive and professional first impression to the customer. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions accurately, or promptly connecting them with the individual who can. Pay range is $14-$16/hr. depending on experience.

Responsibilities

Answering all incoming phone calls in a timely, friendly and efficient manner, using MAGIC skills
Ensure mail is taken out and collected daily
File documents and keys within accounting office to maintain a clean work area.
Scanning
Data Entry (purchase orders and invoices)
Purchasing in and making jackets for new vehicles
Other basic office duties as assigned by the Office Manager

Qualifications

Valid Driver's License
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Bilingual is a plus but not required
Strong Organizational skills
Very strong multi-tasking ability
Self motivating
Friendly and inviting phone voice
Positive attitude
