YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for reception, including telephone switchboard and incoming and outgoing mail
Welcoming internal and external visitors
Coordinating meeting rooms and providing refreshments for meetings and events
Procurement and management of office supplies and equipment
General administrative tasks and support for various departments as needed
