- Promote the five principles of Fast Pace: Communication, Teamwork, Empowerment, Quality of Care, and Friendliness.
- Answers and Coordinates phone calls
- Triage
- Appropriately Recording Telephone encounters via EHR system
- Obtain Medical release as needed for patient requested forms
- Verify insurances
- Collect co-pays or fees for service
- Completing Prior Authorization and Override forms for medication approval if nurse is unavailable or assistance needed
- Complete knowledge of registering patients
- Update patient information
- Learn the aspects of compliance in the company by completing all mandatory compliance training.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Healthcare experience in Medical or Behavioral Health
- At least 1 year of front desk experience
- Experience in behavioral health setting preferred
- Strong customer service experience
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to Multi-Task
- Problem Solving and critical thinking skills a plus
- Preferred expeirience is insurance eligibility and collections

This is a fully remote role with flexible schedule options 8-6pm CST Monday-Friday (40 hours/week). You must live in one of our 6 states (TN, KY, IN, AL, LA, or MS with preference for TN). The pay range for this position is $ /hour.
