- Ensure ISO 9001 level quality program is operating throughout the Division,
- Ensure compliance with local legal and regulatory requirements,
- Remove obstacles impacting quality of product and systems
- Conduct internal audits on products, processes, procedures and report results,
- Identify and investigating customer complaints
- Drive a continuous improvement culture
- Measure and report KPI's
- Track Division non-conformances and provide reporting, using the 8D Method
- Measures and reviews quality trends based on collected quantitative data and interactions with quality control inspectors and operations personnel
- Develop, motivate, mentor, and coach employees throughout the Division
- Work with national Quality Team members to provide continual improvements
- Works with all levels of the Division to meet performance goals
- Contribute data and reports for Management Meeting
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Experience implementing and continuously improving a multi-site QMS
- Strong Continuous Improvement background (Lean, Six Sigma, TOC)
- Must be able to sit at a desk or stand for prolonged periods of time
- In office, in shop, between offices in region and at vendor locations
- Must be able to traverse the production facility
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Position Summary:
We are looking for a Quality Manager. This position manages all aspects of the Division's Quality Management System for successful, annual recertification and ensures the continual improvement of its processes, procedures, work instructions and forms.
